FATHER AND SON ARRESTED.

LONDON, May 21. Tbe relations existing between the MBrquis of Queen ßberry and bis son, Lard Alfred Douglas, arising out of the Oscar Wilde soandalt continue strained, and in Pioadilly to day tbe Marquis severely chastised his son.
Botn were arrested, and subsequently admitted to bail.
LONDON, May 22.
Sir Alfred Douglas began the qaarrel by calling tbe Marqais of Qaeensberry a liar and a slanderer.
Tbe latter eventually knooked his son down.
A iurions etruggle resulted, until tbe polioe interfered, and at onoe separated the pair. 1

It was not Lord Alfred Douglas, but Lori Douglas of Howiok, with whom tbe quarrel occurred. The latter aoonsed bis father of sending inaulting letters to Lady Douglas, because he was one of Wilde's sureties.
Lord Qaeensberry Bboutfed out that he was aoxions to renew the fight for ten tbonsand pounds.
Addressing the orowd, be Baid he disowned his son.
Both were boand over in sureties of £500 eaoh to keep tbe peace. Wilde's trial is now proceeding.
