A DEMONSTBATION.
(PEE PBEBS ASSOCIATION.) CAPETOWN, June 25. Contrary to President Krttger's desire, British residents in Tramvaal took the horses out of Sir H. Loch's oarriage on bis arrival in Pretoria, and insisted on dragging it themselves. They also hoisted the Union Jaok and Bang the National Anthem. The Boers responded by dragging Kruger's carriage to his residence. Tbe members of Volksraad consider the action of the Englishmen an insult to the President. There is great exoiiement among the Boers, who are arming themselves and flocking into Pretoria. CAPETOWN, June 27. Sir H. Loch visits Johannesburg. He has received an address from tbe British residents in Transvaal. PBETOBIA, June 26. Sixteen thousand British residents in Transvaal have signed a petition setting forth their grievances under President Kruger's rule. LONDON, June 26. News is received that Sir Henry Loob, now in Pretoria, is urging British reiidents to preserve order.
