The olaim was "tnade tip of j£2for breaking-in the horse, £1 16b for loose-box, 2s for medicine, and 8s for paddooking. Defendant bad paid £1 Is, and paid into court 2a for medicine ; and, as to the 'balance, pleaded nojb 1 indebted on tbe ground that tbe horse was not properly broken-in or attended to, and that the stabling was .not authorised. After bearing a considerable amount; of evidence, tbe Bench gave judgment for 19a, being tbe balance of tbe amount claimed for breaking-in tbe horse, bat allowed; no costs.
