Tbis evening, at the Town Hall, the curtain will rise on the popular drama 11 The. Octoroon," over which , so much trouble has been taken by the Hawera Dramatic Club. The dress rehearsal last evening ebowed tbat the performers were well up in their respective parts, and gave promise of a fine performance to-nigbt. Tbe drama is fall of interest throughout, and some thrilling soeneß abound in it. With such well-known aotors as Mr Obas. Field and Mr Horace Baker in the oast of characters it is needless, to say that the drama will be well performed ; and we expect to see crowded booses this and to-morrow evening. ' ' , , .
