Wanganui, June 15 Oar sale at the St. HiT-street yards was well attended. There was a decided improvement in the bidding, and wethers were at better values, We sold all that came forward. At Waverley we succeeded . in selling nearly out. Pigs made good prices, especially baconers; smaller pigs relatively cheaper. We quote:— -. Cattle.— At Waverley— Heifers, £A Is; cows, JB3 lGs ; milch cows, £4 10s to £6 17s 6d ; young steers, 35s to 375. At St. Hill-street—Two-year steers, £3 10a ; yearling steers, 365 ; milch cow, £i to £5 7s. Sheep.— At Waverley— Wethers, 8s 7d to 10s 3d* ewes, sa to 8s ; old ewes. 2s 2d 'to 8b 9d, At Wanganui— Store wethers, 6s lid to 9s 3d ; ewes, 5s 9d to 8s 8d ; fat ewes, 7s lid to Bs. Pigs.— Baconers, £2 10s to &2 15a; porkers, 25s to 335 ; small pigs, 6s to 10s ; , suckers, Is 6d to 3s 6d.
