PABLIAMENT BUILDINGS NOT BEADY.
(PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
WELLINGTON, June 14. ' Parliament Buildings not being ready, the opening of the session will not take place op Thursday. It will be either Friday or Tuesday, but it baß not been definitely settled.
Mr Montgomery will move and Mr CPBegan second tbe Address-in-Beply.
WELLINGTON, Jane 15. Parliament will be opened by Commission on Thursday; and if a Speaker is elected the Governor's speech will bo delivered, on Friday, if not, on Tuesday.
