(PEE PEES 3 ASSOCIATION.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Jane 5. Tbe Prince of Wales Hotel at Be Block was burnt down at five o'olock tbi morning. The property wsb owned by ( Wbite, tbe lessee being A. V. Harrison All tbe furniture was deafctoyedrbuUb piano was saved. Tbe building wa j insured in tbe Alliance for £800, and tb furniture in the North German for £2M The house had a narrow escape at tb ". beginning of May, 1 when a room oangt f fire, but the flames were extinguished.
