They are wrong. COFFEE— This is a wholesome and delightful beverage if made from choice berries, freßh roasted and ground at home. You can never get a choice coffee in tine, or as sold mixed with chicory. It is no trouble to roast coffee at home. A frying pan is all that is necessary. Put in a little at a time, and roast to a rich brown ; then cool and put in a jar. Get a small coffee mill, and grind aB wanted. You will then enjoy a cup of pure coffee. I import the finest Ceylon coffee, and wish to introduce ' it.
