The Cadman-Rees Libel Action.
(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON. Jane 8. The application by Mr Bees for a commission to take evidence in England was refused this morning. The former order, permitting tbe taking of evidence by a commission, waß varied bo as to confine it to Wellington. The trial is fixed for the original date, June 16. Mr Bees expects it will last three weeks, unless Shortened by admission! of fact, in which case the number of witnesses may be considerably reduced.
