A STARTLING STATEMENT.
LONDON, May 26. At tbe "U.r-ter Hal! meeting, Captain Kenned; stated tbat eighteen admirals and sixty two captains in tbe navy swore that the navy would never be used against that part of Ireland which resisted Home Rule. He also declared that 787 exofficers in the army had promised to assist Ulster in the event ot civil war.
