THE DAVIES CASE.

(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) MELBOURNE, May 22. The action of Mr Isaacs, Solicitor* General, in the case of Davits and Miiledge, is warmly approved. Id the Criminal Court this afternoon tbe Crown Prosecutor announced that he bad beta instructed by the Attorney-General to say there would be no prosecution in regard to Miiledge and Davies.
