WEST COAST SETTLEMENT RESERVES LEASES.

Below we print tbe names of the successful tenderers for leases of reserves offered by the Public Trustee under the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act of last session. It will be seen that the land has gone off exceedingly well, nearly tbe whole of it being taken up, and extremely successful settlement is likely to result. Of 54 lots offered, only ten remain* The upset prices have been largely exceeded in a great many instances. The numbers ot lots are given consecutively and the Bection and block can easily be ascertained by referring baok to the advertisement which appeared in our columns. Tbe lots not tendered for, viz., 14, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 34, 36, 40, and 46, will, we understand, probably be applied for at once at tbe upsets.
