BOROUGH COUNCIL.
The Borough Councillors cannot be com-" plimented on their regularity. Last night^! for tbe fourth time in succession a quorum failed on ordinary monthly meeting night. Tbe odd thing ia that the councillors who have farthest to come are the most punctual and regular, and those who travelled a considerable distance through the rain, fast evening it maybe imagined-were not particularly oordial m their references to the absentees.
