' VENUE DIBMBBED. (PBB PRESS ASSOOUTIOK.) AUCKLAND, April 6. In Chambers, before Mr Justice ■ktonoDy, Mr Tole, Crown Solicitor, Hkjvetli on behalf of tbe Attorney-General, lot a change of venue from New Plymouth to Wanganni of the trials pf Messrs Heady and Peace. Mr Samuel appeared as eouDßel to oppose. Mr Tole argued ' that tbe Grown w»b entitled to an order m * right, andf also that tbfr Affidavits filed showed that the jury at New Elymonth wan liiely to be biasßed. Mr Samuel replied, combatting Mr Tole'e ■rgnmeots. Eventually the judge ruled •gai-Bt Mr Tole ou both points, and diamiued all tbe Bammoaasß issued by tbe Attorney-General.
