Handicaps will be declared on Wednesday, February 22nd. Acceptances to be paid not later than 11 a.m. on the day of the Sports. Piotests must be in writing, and lodged in the hands of the Secretary within 10 minutes of the declaration of the Judges' decision. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of ten shillings, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest be not upheld by tho Committee, whose decision shall be final. No prize will be given for any event urless there are three competitors ; no second prize unless four competitors, and no third prize unless bus competitors. Refreshments on the ground.
