(per press association.) AUCKLAND, February 7. At the half-yearly meeting of the Bay of Islands Coal Company, the chairman said tbe Kawa Kawa mine would probably soon be exhausted, and therefore they would in all likelihood shortly ask for authority to wind up the Company.
