Telegraph office closes at 5 p.m. EULES AND BEGULATIONB. 1. The winners of the Plying Handicap, Momahaki Stakes Handicap, and Waverley and Waitotcra Cnp to carry a penalty of 71bs, not cumulative. 2. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at time of start, or for six months previous thereto (Hack and Hunter races excepted). 3. No nomination will bo received unless accompaoie 1 by the necessary amount in cash. 4. Ia aU nominations description, age, pedigree, &c> must be given. 5. All horses must be ridden in distinguishing colours, which must be given at time of entry. 6. a.ll races to be run under the Wanganui Metropolitan Rules of Racing, [ 7.
