Tha winners of the Flying Handicap, Momahaki Stakes Handicap, and Waverley and Waitotcra Cup to carry a penalty of 71bs, not cumulative. 2. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at time of start, or for six months previous Hiereto (Hack and Hunter races excepted). 8. No nomination will be received unless accompanie i by the necessary amount in cash. 4. In aU nominations description, age, pedigree, &c, must be giveo. 5. All horses must be ridden in distinguishing cdlouw, which must be given at time of entry. 6. All races to be run under the Wangauui Metropolitan Eules of Eacmg, 7.
