Baihaut(formerly Minister of Publio Works), Sane Le Roy, Blondin, Charles and Ferdinand De Lesseps, Fontane, Cotter, and others, making fourteen in all. Foar are directors of the company, and are charged with bribery ; others for receiving bribes. M. Frangreville has found true bills against Albert G-revy, brother of tbe exPresident of the Eepublio; Beral, Roavier, Proust, Fanconnery, Revis, and Renault.
