THE LAND QUESTION.

Sib, — I have been a bit tickled with Mr. Withy's letter to the Wellington Trades Council, part of which you gave us in to-night 'a Stab, commenting on some manifesto of Mr. Millar's, of /Dona* din. He says the point that pleases him is the clear and decided recognition of the fact that the land question underlies prodaotion and manufacture. This .is. no doubt, an extraordinary advance of thought.
