A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at time of start, or for six months previous thereto (Hack and Hunter races ezcepted). 3. No nomination will he received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 4. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, &c, must be given. 5. All horses must be ridden in distinguishing colours, which must be given at time of entry. 6. All races to be run under the Wanganui Metropolitan Rules of Racing, 7. No entry will he received for any race except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final.
