A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at time of start, or for six months previons thereto (Hack and Hunter races excepted). 3. No nomination will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 4. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, &c, must be given. 5. All horses must be ridden in distinguishing colours, which must be given at time of entry. 6. All racts to be ran under the Wanganui Metropolitan Bales of Racing, 7. No «ntry will be received for any race except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shal^fae settled by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final.
