A horee that ha 3 vever won an adveitised race (Hack and Hunter iaces excepted) and is not nominated at time of start, and has not during: the six months previous thereto, been nominated for any race, (Hack and Hunter races excepted). The winner of any race after the publication of the weights to carry a 71b. penalty. The Rules of Racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs iv New Zealand strictly adhered to.
