Decision of committee to be final in all disputes that may arise. The committee retain a discretionary power in everything. Starter to have power to put back one yard for every false start after being duly warned, and to order off the field any competitor who persistently breaks this rule, or is insolent to him or any member of committee. All entrances and nominations to be forfeited by .such competitor. Maori War Dance during the day. Nominations for handicaps to be in the hands of the secretary by 8 p.m. on Saturday, 10th December. Band in attendance. Sport* commence at 11 a.m. Admission to ground — Adults, la children under 12, free. A Concert, to be followed by a Dance, will be held in the Town Hall after the sports. E. C.
