The dispute with regard to wages wbiob has taken plaoe at tbe oil mills in Man* obester and Staleybridge involves a sum oi £50,000 per week.
Tbe families of the Durham miners out on strike are without food and fuel, and are appealing for relief.
PARIS, April 4. The Labor Bureau has issued a manifesto in whiob a proposal is made to form a syndicate of laborers to construct publio woria.
