D. P. TRANSFERS.

The board granted the following deferred payment transfers :— F. F. and A. E. Gob tall, section 2, block 7, Kaupokonni, to 0. G. Tricker ; J. Nairn, section 1, block 15, Ngaire, to L. and R. Nairn.

NGAIRE SWAMP. Mr. M. Burgess was present re the Ngaire swamp. A letter was received from Mrß. Brown on the same question, surrendering, unconditionally, her right to take timber off tbat portion required by Mr. Burgeßs. . It was decided that Mrs. Brown's surrender be accepted, and that a lease of the portion applied for by Mr. Burgess, be advertised to be disposed of by auction at 90 day's notice, Mr. Burgess' improvements to be protected, and that, meanwhile, a yearly tenancy of the land terminating a 30 days notice, be offered to him at 6d per acre.

EXTENSION FOB IMPROVEMENTS.

Tbe board sanctioned tbe following applications for extension for improvements, to May 81st, 1892 :— W. A. MoOntcban, sec 63, block 10, Kaupokonui ; J. G. Ranby, sees. 27 and 28, block 9, Kaupokonui ; J. and J. Leahy, Bees. 74, 76, block 0. Kaupokonui. STRATFORD SECTIONS.

It was decided tbat the Government be recommended to offer tbe eeotioaa withdrawn from sale at tbe late Bale of town lands by auction, at £7 10s each.

PBICE OF LAND.

Tbe board decided to recommend the Government to offer first; class land from 25s to 82s 6d, and second class at 19s 6d. The board adjourned. — News.
