Present prices— fresh butter, 4d to sd ; cheese, 4d ; eggs, 8d ; bacon, 6d j hams, 6d ; Fowls, 3s per pair ; potatoes, 4s; flour, JB9 10s; oatmeal, 3s; fungus, 3d j oats, 3s. Everything is very dull.

SYDNEY STOCK MARKETS.

Reports dated January 14th, show that stock market was dull; best bullocks »versged £8 2s 3d per head; best crossbred sheep up to 11s 3d.

WELLINGTON PBODUOE MARKET.

A general dulnesa prevails in all descriptions of grain, as the impending prices for the new crops are rumoured as opening at lower values than those now quoted ; short milling oats, 2s to 2s 2d; common to fair feed ditto, Is lOd to 2s per bushel ; feed barley, 2a 9d; maize, 4a ; beans, 3s 9d; peas, 3s 9d ; onions, £7 per ton ; potatoes, £3 10s to £4 10s ; cheese, of good factory make, none other being saleable, 4ld per lb; hams and bacon, ?idperlb; farmers' cure, from 3d per lb; eggs are a trifle firmer, although still commanding lOd per doz. i fresh butter, 6d ; salt do, 5d per lb.
