All Nominations, Weights, Acceptance and Entries will close at the Hon. Seer tary's Office at 9 p.m , unless otherwii specified in programme. No entry will be received for any ra< except upon this condition — that nil di putes, claims, and objections arising out < the racing shall be decided by a majorii of tlie Stewards present, or those who: they may appoint. Their decision upc all points connected with the carrying oi of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addresse to the Hon. Secretary, Hawera, entrant money enclosed, with name, ago at time < entry, pedigree, and, in the case of band caps, performances of the horse, name < the owner, and colors of the rider.
