No horse may start that has ever won public money, except as a hack, or so nominated, or has for six months previously been nominated for any other race than a hack race. -The Maori races to be contested by horses the honafide property of Maori owners, and trained and ridden ' by Maoris. No horse engaged in the other races will be allowed to run as a Maori hack. Nominations shall contain age, name, color, sex, pedigree, performances of horse, and name and colors of owner.
