HAWERA ROAD BOARD.

The ordinary monthly meeting of the Hawora Road Board was held on Saturday. Present — Messrs. Fantham, (Chairman) Scott, Casey, and Wilson.

CORRESPONDENCE.

Letter from Col. Secretary and Commissioner of Crown Lands with reference to routine work.

C. Cox wrote drawing attention to bad condition of crossing of road across railway from Conway road to Eltham. Matter left; in hands of foreman of works to be looked into.

The Chairman gave notice oi motion, That the vote for the road to the sea be rescinded. The board then adjourned.
