No horse may start that has ever won public money, except as a hack, or so nominated, or has for six months previously been nominated for any other race than a hack race. The Maori races to be contested by horses the bonafide property of Maori owners, and trained and ridden by Maoris. No horse engaged in the other races will be allowed to run as a Maori hack. Nominations shall contain age, name, color, sex, pedigree, performances of horse, and name and colors of owner. No qualification fee required.
