PARLIAMENTARY NOTES.
(BY TELEGRAPH.) (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) WELLINGTON, November 21. A great sensation has been caused here by an article in the Auckland Bell. This formulates in most violent language charges of grave misconduct against members of the House generally, and against the Speaker and other officers in particular. The matter is pretty certain to form the subject of a breach of privilege proceedings. Coming upon the events of last week, this has thrown the House into a perfect ferment.
