MESSRS. F. R. JACKSON AND CO.'S STOCK REPORT. Wanganui, November 14. Our yards during the past fortnight have been better filled -with, stock, we have to report an improved demand for store cattle and prices fully maintained, we sold nearly all that offered at the quotations below. We had a good market for sheep on Wednesday at better values. At our other sales we sold all that came forward at the auction. Pigs are well competed for selling at full rates, the horse market is without any change, we placed a good number on Saturday. Our stock quotations are .- — Cattle. — At Waverley — 3-year-old steers made, £2 18s ; cows, £2 12s 6d to £2 14s ; heifers, £1 18s ; yearlings, 23s to 295. At St. Hill Street— 2-year-old steers, £2 ; cowb and calves, £2 ss; fat cows, JE3 2s 6d; weaners, 17s. At Feilding— 3-year-old bullocks, JE3 7s ; 2-year-olds, £2 to £2 7s 6d ; yearling steers, £1 10s ; heifers, £1 3s 6d ; fat cows, £% 10s to £4- Is.

Sheep.— At Waverley— Ewes and lambs from 5» to 10s according to quality; hoggets, 8s to 8s lOd. At Feilding— Ewes and lambs, 4s 6d to 8s 9d ; shorn hoggets, 5s 4d. At St. Hill Street— hoggets, 9s lid ; 4-tooth ewes, 10s ; ewes and lambs, 8s 2d to 11s 6d ; fat wethers, shorn, 9s sd. Pigs. — At last sale quotations. Horses.— Really good hacks, .£l2 to J615; ordinary, Mto £6 ; others, 26s to 60s.
