The above land has been laid from one to three years in carefully selected cocksfoot and timothy, with lOlbs white clover, alsyke, lucerne, and cowgrass to the acre. There are 1100 HEAD CATTLE GRAZING on the land at the present moment, which may be arranged for by purchasers or tenants on reasonable terms. THE EASIEST POSSIBLE TERMS have been arranged, namely . — Purchasers will deposit one-tenth of the amount tendered at the time of tendering, and allow the balance to remain on mortgage at 6^ per cent, for any period up to ten years, retaining the right to pay off not Jess than one tenth on any quarter day when interest is payable. Tenants pay quarterly, but the two first quarters' rent must be deposited with tender, and the third will not be required for nine months. Tenders addressed to the undersigned will be received until 4 o'clock of MONDAY, 14th November, and must be on forms provided.
