Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Opunake Town and District Committee to, bring in and promote at the preient session of Parliament a Bill, the short title of which is " The Opunake Harbor Board Act, 1887,7 the.object» of such Bill being as follows :—r To constitute a Harbor Board- for the Port, of .Opunake; To constitute the Town District of Opunake a Harbor District ; To exempt the above-named districts from further rating by the New Plymouth Harbor Board ;.
