MINISTERIAL CRISIS IN ENGLAND.
(eeuter's telegrams.) LONDON, January 4. It is stated that Lords Iddesleigh and Cross will resign their appointments in the Ministry, and that the Ministry will be re-constructed as follows : —Mr. R. H. Smith, First Lord of tbe Treasury and leader of the Commons ; Lord Salisbury remnining Secretary of Foreign Affairs ; Lord Northbrook, Secretary of State for India; Earl Morley, Secretary of State for War.
