Auckland, July 30. Horses— Dullness has characterised the market for the past week, aud only a limited number were brought forward at the Durham yards last Friday, but, suliiciout fov requirements, liidiiing was slow, ■with up material alteration in value. Wooi,''Etid6s; and Skins— Not so many hides were pitched last Tuesday as on tho previous week, and there was lio alteration hi value/ Skins realised 2s lOd each. Wool sold at from s]d to t>',d.

Tallow— Tallow sold at from 11s Gd to 12s per cwt.

Fat cattle — There was considerable animation in the market last Tuesday for well-fatted cattle, there being an advance of fully 20s per head.

Fat Sheep— There was an inadequate number. Top sorts maintained the previous (week's values, but well-fatted wethers in a few instances declined slightly in value. Wethers sold at from 11s Od to 16s 3d; ewes, 8s 6d to 13s 6d. Piga — Pigs, in limited numbers.
