AUSTRALIANS V. NOTTS.

LONDON, May 18.
The cricket match Australians v. Notts commenced at Nottingham to-day. The weather was showery, and there was only a moderate attendance in consequence. Tho wicket was also very heavy, owing to the continued rain of the last few days. The following are the names of the team selected to represent tho county :—: — W. Attewcll, W. Barnes, W. Flowers, W. Gunn, W. Scotton, J. Selby, F. Shacklock, A. Shaw, M. Sheiwin, A. Shrewsbury, and W. Knight.
The Australians went first to the wickets, and when the stumps were drawn had scored .30 for the loss of one wicket, Bonnor being not out with 28, and Scott, not out, 13.
The cricket match, Australians v. Nottingham, stopped to-day when the score of the visitors had reached. 50, owing to the inclemency of the weather.
