The Agents-General for the colonies! the various Chambers of Commerce in, England, and the Victorians .now resident in London, have arranged to give '' a farewell banquet to Mr. Murray Smith on the occasion of his returning to Victoria. The date has not been definitely fixed, but it will take^ place ♦ sometime at the commencement of April. '
