In the Legislative Assembly to-day, Sir Patrick Jennings stated that a hitch bad occurred m the formation of the Ministry, owing to a difference ot opinion as to who should hold the portfolio of AttorneyGeneral. Sir Patrick Jennings informed the House, ho\ve\er, that he would continue the task of forming the Ministry without the aid of Sir John Robertson and party. The House then adjourned till Tuesday. ADELAIDE, February 26. A meeting ot shareholders in the Commercial Bank of South Australia was held yesterday to consider the position of the bank. The chairman reported that great irregularities had occurred on the part of the manager and the accountant. Dummy ad\ances had been sanctioned by them to the extent oi i' 170,000.
