BANKRUPT.
CHRISTCHURCH, January 24.
An application was made at the Supreme Court yesterday to have Mr. Moore, of A. Moore and Co., adjudicates a bankrupt. Mr. Moore is absent in England, but the lawyer who appeared for him, said he had not left with the intention of defeating his creditors, and would return in February.
