O (per united press association.) FOUND DROWNED. WELLINGTON, July 11. The body of a man, aged about 45 years, picked up in the water this afternoon, is not yet identified. WELLINGTON, July 14. The body picked up iv tbe harbor has been identified as that of Alfred Harley, recently discharged from the Supreme Court on a charge of attempted suicide.
