THE ALL ENGLAND MATCH.
[per reuter'b agency.] LONDON, July 12. The cricket match at Manchester — Australians v. All-England Eleven — was resumed this morning, to the latest telegrams to hand, the first innings of the Australians closed for 182, being 87 ahead of the English total. The following are the remainder of the scores : — Midwinter, caught 87 Palmer, not out 14 Spofforth, caught 18 Boyle, bowled 4 Extras 6 182 LONDON, July 12. The match ended in a draw for the Englishmen.
