AFFAIRS IN EGYPT.
CAIRO, April 5. Intelligence has been received from Kassala, a town in the Soudan, near the frontier of Abyssinia, that the Egyptian garrison there is in a critical position, and the Governor of the town has appealed to the British for aid.
