HUTT CLUB Hutt Golf Club’s competitions during the week-end resulted: Single Bogey.—it. F. Aitken, 7 up; J. F. Park, 2 up. Fourball Bogey.—W. H. Lees and R. L. Pettitt, 8 up; R. J. Wilson and D. M. Ross, 5 up. Single Stableford.-—W. H. Lees, 40 points; E. F. Willoughby, 40 points. N.Z. OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP In the final of the New Zealand open golf championship, played at Dunedin, Alex. Murray (Titirangi), New Zealand professional champion, beat Bryan Silk (Wanganui), New Zealand amateur champion. Murray will leave on a visit to England in April and intends to compete in some of the more important .tournaments, including the British open.
