Grateful Thanks
♦*♦ WELCOME FOOD PARCELS
A member of the Lower Hutt Younger Set lias received the following letter from a resident of Whitehaven, England, to whom a pa'rcel of food was sent recently: "Was I not glad to receive the parcel! Dear friends in New Zealand, 1 think we would have died had it not been for you sending us those good parcels. You have been better than our own townspeople. 1 am sure that God will bless you all for your goodness. "We are delighted to get fat, for it is so good that Ave use it for butter, as well as for making chips. We always say that we have a good meal or two when we receive fat. I am writing this with tears in my eyes for your goodness to me. God bless you always."
