HUTT CHAMPIONSHIP In tlie final of the Hutt Valley A grade inter-club table tennis championship, Y.M.C.A. beat Empire by G games and Ifi sets to fi games and 15 sets. Results (Y.M.C.A names first) were:—G. Corbett lost to A. Harding, 26-24, 15-21, -and beat S. Henderson, 21-17, 22-20; C. Suggett beat A. Harding, 2 2-20, 21-18,, and beat S. Henderson, 22-20, 16-2 i, 23-21; R. Wade beat J. Wall 2 3-21, 11-21, 2117, and lost to L. Pointon, 21-8, 1921, 21-19; F. Sclierf lost to J. Wall 21-12, 21-15, and beat L. Pointon 21-10, I'9-21, 21-18; Corbett and Suggett lost to Wall and Harding 2118, 17-21, 17-21; and lost to Pointon and Henderson, 21-19, 18-21, 18-21; Wade and Scherf lost to Wall and Harding, 21-13, 21-8, and beat,Pointon and Henderson 21-17, 21-12.
