LOWES HUTT CLUB The following are the latest scores in the monthly competition of the Lower Hutt Miniature Rifle Club: — J. Ross and H. Keene, 100; D. Robertson and A. E. Ititson, 99; L. Hare, 98; T. Edwards. 97; S. Murray, A. D. Brown, L. Deans and C. Harrington, 96; T. Rei. R. H. Brown, H. Caldwell and P. Sharon, 95; J. Grundy, 94; E. Gibson and A. Godfrey, 93; J. Fleet, 92; C. Franks, 91; R. Harrington, 90; N. Wood, R. N. Brown and R. Few, 88; T. Sanders, 85. The A team defeated Riverbank by five points in the first round of the inter-club competitions. The following were the scores:—Hutt, 3 44; Riverbank, 339.
The club's two C grade teams met in the first round, the 01 team winning by ten points. The following were the scores:—Cl, 327; C2, 317. FETONE CENTRAL CLUB The weekly shoot of the Petone Central Miniature Rifle Club resulted in some good scores being recorded. R. H. Nicholl scored the only possible of the evening.
