FSI.TII GRADE In a match played at Quinn's Post against an Upper Hutt team the Hutt 'boys played sparkling football to register 39 point?, while their opponents failed to score. In all ten tries were scored, the majority of them wide out, which accounts for the pour percentage of conversions. The scrum work of the winners wan very good, but their rucking ami line-out play could have been improved. The backs turned on some verj fine movements at times, tin- ball travelling out to the wings time and again. The centre ran his wings into position perfectly. The inside backs did not always get the hull out fast enough to the threeijuurter line nevertheless they combined very well. The i'till-bacU played ~t\ soundly. The most pleasing feature was the absence of aimless kicking.
