Major-Ceneral Klppenbergcr will be the gpest speaker at the annual meeting of the Hint Valley Chamber of Commerce to be held on Thursday. May 22. His subject will be "Personalities I Have Met."
Th<* gathering will take the usual form of a dinner-meeting. At the last meeting of the present council on Thursday night appreciation was expressed of the services of the president. Mr. K. K. Watts, during ilia year, and Mr. Watts returned thanks for the loyal support he had received from members. The good work done by the secretary. Mr. L. V. Phillips, was also acknowledged. It was reported that the Chamber's financial position was very satisfactory, and there had been a big increase in members.
